FAQ
Questions chiropractors ask
Who is this for?
Chiropractic practice owners, at any stage, from a few years in to well established. Solo, group, or multidisciplinary practices, and owners with a team.
Is this business coaching?
Not the kind the chiropractic profession usually means. No scripts, no borrowed blueprints. I'm a mentor and guide, and self-described as the business healer for chiropractors.
Where should I start?
With the free Burnout Blind Spot Quiz, or a $47 Rooted Workshop if you're ready to do some real thinking on your own time.
Can my team be involved?
Yes. The Foundation Intensive with your team is $3,250 for up to five people, and the Deeper Work Journey has a team option with separate owner and team sessions plus a monthly full-team session. The deepest interior work stays individual.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. The Foundation Intensive can be paid in two payments, with everything paid before we meet. The Deeper Work Journey can be paid in full, or with $1,600 down and 9 monthly payments of $800 ($8,800 total). With your team, it's $2,400 down and 9 monthly payments of $1,200 ($13,200 total).
Is the Intensive credited toward the Journey?
Yes. $1,250 for individuals and $3,250 for teams.
Are sessions in person or virtual?
Both. I live in Fairbanks Alaska, so most often we’re virtual. Choose what works for you.
What's your refund policy?
The Rooted Workshops and the Foundation Intensive are final sale. The Deeper Work Journey allows a refund in your first 30 days: if it isn't the right fit, you get back what you've paid for anything not yet used. Sessions already held and an intensive already completed aren't refundable.
What if the answer is to leave practice?
That's allowed. Change can go in any direction, and neither rebuilding nor leaving is failure. We support you in whatever the next phase of your practice journey is. Even the one where you transition to something else.
Nothing matches that yet. Email dralex@rootedpractice.co and I'll answer it.
